Free shipping from 100€, duties included

Every order of 100€ or more ships free, wherever you are. Import duties and taxes are included: nothing to pay on delivery.

Shipping rates

Below 100€, a flat rate applies per destination:

  • France and European Union: 14.90€
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein: 19.90€
  • United States, Canada, Mexico: 24.90€
  • Rest of the world: 29.90€

Where we ship from

Every piece is made by artisans in Morocco and shipped from our workshop. It is packed by hand, tracked and fully insured until it reaches you.

Objects in stock

  • Preparation: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Delivery: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

Collectible and made-to-order pieces

  • Delivery and import duties are always included in the price, wherever you are. Large works travel with a specialist carrier.
  • Production time is confirmed in your quote, generally 6 to 10 weeks.
  • The delivery date is arranged with you. White-glove delivery and installation are available on request.
  • The balance is due before dispatch.

Customs

Orders of 100€ or more and all made-to-order pieces ship duties paid. For orders under 100€, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival depending on your country and are paid by the recipient. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, return costs are deducted from any refund.

Countries we deliver to

We deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, North America and most of the Middle East, Asia, Oceania and South America. If your country is not available at checkout, write to us: we will look for a solution.

On delivery

Please check your parcel in front of the carrier when possible. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours with photos (see our Refund policy). Delivery times are indicative. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control, but we always help you follow up.
