Objects (vases and pieces available in stock)
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason.
- Write to us at info@casarinlabel.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.
- The piece must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging, carefully protected. A piece damaged during the return because of insufficient packaging cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
- Once the piece is received and checked, we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. The initial delivery costs are refunded up to the price of our standard delivery.
This 30-day period includes the 14-day legal right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Made-to-order and collectible pieces
Furniture and collectible pieces offered on quote (tables, seating, large vessels, commissions) are made to order, to your specifications. In accordance with applicable consumer law (including Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect or damage described below.
The 50% deposit paid to confirm production is non-refundable once production has started.
Damaged or defective pieces
Every piece is packed by hand and shipped insured. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and of the packaging. We will offer a replacement, a repair or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Your legal rights regarding non-conformity and hidden defects remain fully applicable.
The nature of handmade work
Our pieces are shaped, glazed and finished by hand. Slight variations in shape, colour, glaze, texture or size are part of their character and make each piece unique. They are not considered defects.
