About Casarin
Made slowly. Meant to stay.
Ancestral craft, contemporary silence.
Casarin was born in the Mediterranean, from its mineral landscapes, its raw materials and gestures handed down over centuries. From there, a simple certainty: to work with the artists and artisans who keep these skills alive.
The house
Closer to art than to decoration.
We don’t only want to celebrate a heritage that is already admired. We seek to design forms as pure as the materials that carry them, in close collaboration with those who know them better than anyone.
Our studio based in France, draws the forms, our Moroccan artisans shape them. We bring clean lines and assertive volumes, they bring their mastery of material and gesture.
Each piece is shaped by hand, one at a time, and born of that conversation between the rigour of modern design and the nobility of handmade craft.
Collections are released as capsules, in small quantities. Each piece within a capsule is unique and numbered.

A green glaze fired in wood kilns, in a single village at the edge of the desert.
-
03
Zellige

Glazed clay tiles cut by hand into geometry. Each imperfection makes the surface vibrate.

Solid Wood
